2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

 A chocolate mousse is the easiest dessert to make Instantily .

It usually needs Five ingredients: Cream, sugar, chocolate, eggs, and butter, but for the people who have issues with eggs and dairy products, I will be providing the perfect solution. Keep scrolling for the fastest perfectly airy mousse. 


Ingredients: 1. Water- 227 grams 

                     2. Dark chocolate - 110 grams (preferably Amul Dark chocolate 55% cocoa)

                         Alternatively, good quality milk chocolate can be used if preferred over dark chocolate 

                     3. Few Cherries 

                     4. Pinch of Salt

Prep Time: 2 to 5 mins 

Cook time: 10 mins 

Method: 

1. Chop up the chocolate into fine pieces 

               












             2. Add 227 grams of boiling water and let sit for 2 mins 











             3. While the chocolate is melting, get your ice bath or cold water bath ready.

                  In a large bowl, put cold water and ice 

             4. Using an electric mixer start whisking the chocolate and water mixture at low speed gradually bringing up the speed up to medium. 

              5. As bubbles start to form, put the mixing bowl over the ice bath and continue whisking at medium speed. 

              6. At first it would be watery but over time it will start coming together.

               7. Continue whisking for at least 10 mins or until you get mousse-like consistency.

Plating:  1. Get a mug of boiling water and a small plate 

               2. Dip the spoon of the size of your choice into the water to warm it up to get the perfect incision of your mousse 

               3. Pat the spoon dry, and scoop your mousse 

               4. Place the 2 scoops next to each other and top it with some salt ( Salt helps to cut down the bitterness of the chocolate)

               5. On the head of the mousse place a cheery and enjoy.
