Introduction

Cooking is not an art but an extension of the chef on a plate. From the tender age of 8, I was introduced to the kitchen by my mother. I would just stand by her and see her work, and be mesmerized by how a small condiment could turn a bland dish into a flavor bomb. Over a period of time, I have developed an interest in the kitchen, trained hard, failed many times, but dint give up, in the kitchen, it is said if you have trained hard and you can deal with the pressure during service you can deal with anything.  

Using this platform, throughout the year, I will be putting up recipes and pictures to awaken the chef in you and to help you get ready to deal with pressure in tough situations. Cooking should be a pleasure, not stressful.
